While running an IT business in 2010, I was working with a client running a 100 seat call centre in Swansea. They had an Avaya based dialler that was constantly letting them down.
We heard the same thing from other clients using other vendors… the alternatives from vendors such as Noetica, Noble Systems and Daviker were expensive, underpowered, and lacking in flexibility.
Clients wanted something that had powerful features, easy customisation and meaningful reporting.
With a background in both IT and Communications, working previously with Telefonica and Dixons, I sought to find a solution that could marry the flexibility of web based software in terms of reporting, addons, integrations with other platforms, and scalability with that of the ability to tap into the UK communications network.
Through my deep understanding of the UK mobile network, we were able to develop a solution that met all the criteria clients wanted.
It didn’t take long for word to spread, and telecoms quickly became our primary business. As a result, Blue Telecoms was founded in late 2010.
We expanded quickly, and had to be as flexible and driven as a business as the products we were offering.
In 2013, we revolutionised the market by becoming the first dialler provider to offer Unlimited Calls and Unlimited Support. We went a step further and began to offer Unlimited Inclusive TPS Checking to help our clients remain compliant while saving them a substantial amount on data checking firms.
We haven’t stopped innovating since.
