Tools we use on our platform
Whether you’re a callcentre agent, team leader or management, here are a number of tools that will help you get the most from your Blue Telecoms system
Google Chrome – Web Browser
We recommend Google Chrome as the main browser used for our call dialler. You can download the most recent version below.
To connect with our PBX or dialler, you’ll also need to install a “soft phone”. We provide two versions to choose from.
> Zoiper – VoIP Softphone
> Counterpath X-Lite – VoIP Softphone
> 3CX Softphone – VoIP Softphone
Sometimes, our friendly tech team will need to remotely access your computer to resolve common faults. To do this, we use a software called Zoho Assist.
If this is required, we’ll send you an email and/or give you a special code to allow access. For more help, get in touch with our tech team.
IP Address changes
Sometimes, your IP address will change due to an office move, power-cut or simply moving your Blue Telecoms connected device to another location. If this happens to you, please take down the number below, and get in touch with our tech team to update your details.
